How do we want to work tomorrow? The theme of the EAWOP Congress 2013 in Münster

The European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) brings together practitioners and researchers interested in the most recent developments in the field of work and organizational psychology. EAWOP’s congresses are fostering the dialogue and understanding between these two groups. This year’s congress (www.eawop2013.org) will be held in Münster (Germany), one of the most beautiful cities in Germany.

The meeting represents a unique opportunity for practitioners and researchers alike to present their work, learn about best practices in various fields, get to know cutting-edge research, etc. And, of course, meet new and old colleagues and friends.

Different parts of the program are specifically tailored to practitioners’ interests and needs: For instance, Angela Titzrath (Board Member Human Resources & Labor Director at Deutsche Post DHL) will give a keynote speech about current trends and best practices at Deutsche Post DHL. Further program highlights for practitioners include organized dialogues between practitioners and scientists, specific practitioner sessions and a field trip to BASF Coatings AG (one of the biggest employers in the area).
